Schneider Messtechnik at the 33rd Control fair in Stuttgart

The 33rd Control trade fair in Stuttgart, known as the international trade fair for quality assurance, will take place from the 7th to 10th May in Stuttgart. Modern measurement technology delivers more precise measurement data than ever before, which is being increasingly automatically processed and interpreted by machines. The right equipment, the appropriate advice and the intelligent software for these and all other QA demands will be presented at Control!

In Hall 5, Stand 5501, Dr. Heinrich Schneider Messtechnik will present the latest innovations. These include optical measuring instruments for measuring two-dimensional geometries in a matter of seconds, which are also suitable for integration into a fully or partially automated measuring system. The V-CAD 300 includes the measuring and evaluation software SAPHIR smart, which can be programmed quickly and safely and offers with QD an automatic program call via workpiece recognition.

The TMM 600 tactile coordinate measuring machine includes a collaborative robot and can thus be fully integrated into an automated quality assurance system for the production environment.

The WMM series machines provide you with a precise system for fast measurement of rotationally symmetrical objects. The WMM 450 is capable of high-speed scanning of a live image. With the latest camera technology, the WMM 450 can also perform the WMM high-speed scans in the live image.

The STP 500 optical presetting device offers simple operation and the highest precision with a tool database and is linked to BAZ. This means that the tools can be measured and preset on the machine or on the production island in no time.

Come and see for yourself!

We look forward to welcoming you to Control until the 10.05.2019!
